Intensive Retreats
 John Bottone    Personal Transformation

These 3-day intensive retreats begin on Thursday evening with supper and end on Sunday after lunch.  We begin by creating a safe and accepting community so that each person can do a piece of individual work ('mat trip') to complete unfinished business, and open up energy for aliveness and vitality.

Intensive retreat work offers the opportunity to make powerful connections to oneself that is often not possible in a private psychotherapy session.  They are a powerful adjunct to individual psychotherapy and often allow a person to move through places where they have been 'stuck' for many years.  These retreats are based on the "Shalom" model developed by Jerry Jud nearly 30 years ago.  First-time attendees require a telephone interview.
